CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - The Joint Senior Enlisted Council put together a carnival-like family field event for all U.S. Embassy children and dependents April 29. The purpose of the event was to provide educational safety, fire prevention, first-aid procedures, and an overall fun-filled day for the families and staff.
