Eisenhower (CVN 69) standing watch at the entry control point (ECP) respond to a boat intrusion alert after observing aggressive maneuvers inside a harbor's security perimeter during a force protection exercise (FPEX) drill held by Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG-4).
