Nora Tyson commander, U.S. 3rd Fleet, passes through the side boys during a change of command ceremony on the flight deck aboard aboard USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Rear Adm. Ron Boxall is relieved by Rear Adm. Marcus Hitchcock as commander, Carrier Strike Group 3. Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, Stennis is operating as part of the Great Green Fleet on a regularly scheduled 7th Fleet deployment.
