(April 21, 2016) - Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Waterfront Operations Class Team Lead (Dock Landing Ships) Chris Dellinger assists a student in remotely moving a model ship antenna, by toy crane, onto a Lego replica destroyer during MARMC's "Full STEAM Ahead" fair aboard Naval Station Norfolk. MARMC recruiters welcomed students from Hampton Roads schools to participate in hands-on activities during the fair, concentrating on science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) and how these programs fit into the Navy. In addition to MARMC's Waterfront Operations, Safety and NDT Lab, Old Dominion University, Naval Engineering and Marine Systems Institute, Nauticus, Combat Direction Systems Activity Dam Neck, Norfolk Naval Shipyard and Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command participated in the event.
