160415-N-YL053-236 INDIAN OCEAN (April 15, 2016) - Search and Rescue Swimmer, Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Richard Chavez, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) monitors swimmers from a rigid-hulled inflatable boat during a swim call. Blue Ridge is currently on patrol in the 7th Fleet area of operations strengthening and fostering relationships in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
