160413-N-YM720-092 POLARIS POINT, Guam (April 13, 2016) – Culinary Specialist Seaman Apprentice Raul Torres, from Las Vegas, assigned to the guided-missile submarine USS Ohio (SSGN 726), receives instruction from Chief Cook Eduard Inocencio, a Military Sealift Command civilian mariner assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), in Frank Cable's galley, April 13. Ohio Sailors were invited to eat aboard Frank Cable during the submarine's scheduled maintenance and provided three culinary specialists to work alongside the civilian mariners to prepare meals for the crews. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
