Secretary Mabus Names Next Destroyer Carl M. Levin
160411-N-TO818-075 DETROIT (April 11, 2016) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus(left) and retired U.S. Sen. Carl M. Levin sport new command ball caps after a ship-naming ceremony at the General Motors Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit. The U.S. Navy’s newest Arleigh Burke class destroyer, DDG 120, will be named after the long time Michigan senator.
