Secretary Mabus Names Next Destroyer Carl M. Levin

Levin describes the capabilities of Navy destroyers during a ceremony in his honor at the General Motors Renaissance Center on the Detroit international riverfront. Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus had just announced the newest new Arleigh Burke class destroyer, DDG 120, would be named after the long time Michigan senator who retired in 2015 after 36 years of service.
