Land (AS 39), walks off of Sierra Pier with his family after returning from a six-month deployment. The return to Guam is Emory S. Land's first since changing homeport from Diego Garcia to Guam, Dec. 23. Emory S. Land is an expeditionary submarine tender conducting coordinated tended moorings and afloat maintenance in the U.S. 5th and 7th Fleet areas of operations.
