160410-N-NE195-003 YOKIJIDO ISLAND, Republic of Korea (Apr. 10, 2016) Builder 1st Class Oscar Barba, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, smoothes the surface of wet concrete with a Darby float, during Exercise Foal Eagle during the construction of a road project on Yokjido Island in the Republic of Korea. The paved road will shorten the distance of travel to connect 2,000 people to more efficiently exchange goods, services and improve economical growth. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands.
