160322-N-NE195-001 CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (March 22, 2016) Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Brian Rosete, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, ground guides a Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) 25 into a narrow passageway to gain access to a triple container (TRICON) storage lot for loading procedures. NMCB 4 is assisting Commander, Task Force (CTF) 75 in the transport of communications equipment to bring an end to their 2016 Foal Eagle exercise, March 22. By providing a helping hand with Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), NMCB 4 supports Naval Special Warfare (NSW) in their redeployment of Special Boat Team (SB) 12. Foal Eagle is a series of joint and combined field training exercises conducted by Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea component commands.
