SANTA RITA, Guam (March 17, 2016) – Information Systems Technician Seaman Gabrielle Lindsay, assigned to the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), begins the third class petty officer exam in Camp Covington's Seabee Gymnasium March 17, on U.S. Naval Base Guam.
