160315-N-NE195-012 CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (Mar. 15, 2016) Construction Electrician 3rd Class Semele Fairweather, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, aligns mobile air strip panels with a Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabee for an Airfield Damage Repair (ADR) joint training exercise during Foal Eagle 2016. Established 2001, Foal Eagle is a combined Field Training Exercise conducted annually by the ROK Armed Forces and the U.S Armed Forces. The primary purpose is to demonstrate ROK - U.S. Military resolve to deter war on the Korean peninsula and to improve the combined and joint operational posture of both forces.
