160314-N-ZZ999-097 TIMOR LESTE (Mar. 14, 2016)- Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 and NMCB 3 flip the battalion sign from “3” to “4,” symbolizing the official departure of NMCB 3 and welcoming aboard NMCB 4 during the change of charge ceremony in Timor Leste, Mar. 14. NMCB 4 is the forward deployed pacific NMCB ready to support Major Combat Operations and Humanitarian Assistance/ Disaster Relief operations and to provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces. Homeported out of Port Hueneme, Calif., NMCB 4 has 15 detachment sites deployed throughout the United States and Pacific area of operations.
