SASEBO, Japan (Mar. 11, 2016) Commander U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo Capt. Matthew Ovios lays flowers at the Japanese flagpole as part of a remembrance ceremony for the victims of the 2011 Great Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami on March 11, 2016. This year marks the fifth anniversary of the disaster and CFAS honored the victims with a ceremony that included flower laying, a commemoration and moment of silence that was attended by more than 100 people.
