WATERS NEAR GUAM (Mar. 10, 2016) An AGM-84 Harpoon shot from the fantail of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Chancellorsville (CG 62) as part of Multi-Sail 16. Multi Sail is a bilateral training exercise aimed at interoperability between the U.S. and Japanese forces.
