160308-N-NE195-003 CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (March 8, 2016) – Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 work in conjunction with the Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabees to remove gravel from a prefabricated steel cage in order to deconstruct a mobile pier in Chinhae, Republic of Korea, March 8.
