Joshua Baker, executive officer of Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, briefs 30th Naval Construction Regiment and Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabees on a UCT 2 and ROK diver underwater project during exercise Foal Eagle 2016. The UCT 2 and ROK Seabee divers are working together to practice crane operations with divers in the water and underwater concrete block placement.
