160307-N-HA376-070 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 3, 2016) U.S. Navy Builder 2nd Class Clarke Stocker, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, takes a measurement on a wall section of a Southwest Asia Hut during exercise Foal Eagle 2016. NMCB 133 and ROK Seabees are working hand-in-hand to construct various expeditionary facilities during the exercise.
