Gumataotao, deputy chief of staff for Strategic Plans and Policy Supreme Allied Command Transformation, Norfolk, speaks to midshipmen at the Naval Leadership Weekend Seminar at the University of Notre Dame. The Notre Dame Naval ROTC unit hosted the annual seminar for the 21st time. The event allowed more than 140 midshipmen and staff members from nearly 48 universities across the country to come together to discuss issues critical to their roles as future leaders in the Navy and Marine Corps.
