Ford (CVN 78) chief petty officers and first class petty officers compete during their monthly CPO 365 boat crew olympics. Chiefs and first class petty officers conduct their CPO 365 training and exercise by dividing into individual boat crews in order to strengthen team building and interpersonal skills necessary for the chief petty officer rank.
