(Feb. 24, 2014) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 11 stand up the Hesco Barriers after returning to the Forward Operating Base (FOB), FOB “Pipe wrench” due to tornado and flash flood warnings during NMCB-11 field training exercise.
