160222-N-XN177-142 YOKOSUKA, Japan (February 22, 2016) – The Valiant-class yard tugboat USS Seminole (YT 805) passes the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), currently moored pier-side at Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
