EASTERN COAST OKINAWA (Feb. 18, 2016) –Sailors aboard amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) watch as amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) comes along side Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204), center, to conduct a replenishment-at-sea (RAS). Germantown is assigned to the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and is participating in a certification exercise (CERTEX) with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU). She is scheduled to join amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) and amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) at a later date.
