Rear Adm. David H. Lewis, Commander, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) welcomes attendees to the Navy Information Warfare exhibit at WEST 2016. Lewis welcomed guest speakers from the Navy’s Information Warfare community during the opening of the Navy’s Information Warfare exhibit. SPAWAR, along with its system centers and partner program executive offices provided multiple interactive demonstrations as part of the Navy Information Warfare exhibit.
