Reconnaissance Marines with Maritime Raid Force, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, fast-rope to the deck of the USNS Rappahannock (T-AO-204) from a UH-1Y Huey belonging to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron, 31st MEU, during a visit, board, search and seizure training exercise. The VBSS was conducted as part of the MEU's amphibious integration training with the Navy ships of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group.
