160203-N-EH218-193 PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 3, 2016) – Fire Controlman 2nd Class Richard Harrell, from San Antonio, fires a .50-caliber heavy machine gun during a live-fire exercise aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53). Providing a combat-ready force to protect collective maritime interests, Mobile Bay, assigned to the Stennis strike group, is operating as part of the Great Green Fleet on a regularly scheduled Western Pacific deployment.
