Nowell, commander of Amphibious Force U.S. 7th Fleet, holds an all-hands call in the hangar bay aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20). Nowell visited Green Bay to meet with Green Bay’s Sailors and assess the progress of maintenance during Green Bay’s selective restricted availability.
