(Jan. 14, 2016) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus announces that the Navy's newest Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB) ship, T-ESB 4, will be named USNS Hershel Woody Williams during a ship naming ceremony.
