John Richardson inspects the remote minehunting system (RMS), part of the mine countermeasures (MCM) mission package aboard the littoral combat ship USS Independence (LCS 2). LCS 2 is conducting operational evaluation and testing of the mine countermeasures mission package while berthed at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola.
