171122-N-ZR324-007 PACIFIC OCEAN (Nov. 22, 2017) Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) with November birthdays partake in a special birthday month dinner in the galley of the ship. Nimitz and its carrier strike group is on a deployment to the western Pacific. The U.S. Navy has patrolled the Indo-Asia-Pacific region routinely for more than 70 years promoting peace and security.
