171120-M-ZL982-073 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 20, 2017) An MV-22B Osprey assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 162 (Reinforced), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (26th MEU) takes off from the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) during a combined composite training unit exercise in the Atlantic Ocean. The exercise integrates all elements of the Marine Air Ground Task Force to participate and train in realistic scenarios so the MEU as a whole can meet its pre-deployment training program objectives.
