171116-M-DL117-0021 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 16, 2017) Sailors aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) lower a Rigid Hulled Inflatable Boat (RHIB) with a crane in preparation for a visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) mission as part of combined composite unit training exercise (COMPTUEX) in the Atlantic Ocean.
