171111-N-CL027-146 WESTERN PACIFIC (Nov. 11, 2017) Sailors aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) monitor the pitch of the ship prior to launching an F/A-18F Super Hornet assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 22. The USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) and USS Nimitz (CVN 68) Carrier Strike Groups are underway and conducting operations in international waters as part of a three-carrier strike force exercise.
