171108-N-VR594-0034 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Nov. 8, 2017) Sailors attend "Full Speed Ahead" training in the mess decks aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59). The training is designed to reinforce the Navy's core attributes and help build a strong foundation for professional and resilient Sailors.
