Christopher Kendrick, executive officer of Navy Recruiting District New York, place a presidential wreath provided by the White House at the grave of President Theodore Roosevelt in Youngs Memorial Cemetery. Students from Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School placed flowers at his grave as well to commemorate Roosevelt's birthday 158 years ago.
