171024-N-TU910-117 PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 24, 2017) U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Anchorage (LPD 23) take care of a simulated patient in the main battle dressing station during a casualty evacuation drill during Dawn Blitz 2017.
