171023-N-N0818-0001 SIDARA, Timor Leste (Oct. 23, 2017) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, along with Australian Defense Force (ADF) and Timorese Army (F-FDTL) engineers, build concrete formwork as part of the renovation process on the Sidara Health Clinic during Exercise Hari’i Hamutuk 2017. Building the formwork was necessary to create a concrete retaining stem wall to an existing foundation that was in disrepair and ultimately enabled them to provide bench seating around the clinic front for patients to use.
