Keith Kulow, commanding officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 7, about operations in Puerto Rico in the hangar bay of the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). Kearsarge is assisting with relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
