171016-N-NO181-0001 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (Oct. 23, 2017) Steelworker 1st Class Ray Crumity, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and Builder Constructionman Dong Kwon, from the Republic of Korea (ROK) Navy, offload lumber to finish the construction of a gazebo. NMCB-4 Seabees and the ROK Navy are working together in the construction of the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Clubhouse facility for the ROK Navy and U.S Navy personnel to come together to strengthen interoperability and build stronger communication practices.
