Timothy Moore, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75), monitors operations from the bridge wing as the ship departs Faslane, Scotland, to participate in exercise Formidable Shield (FS) 2017.
