170927-M-HR246-0447 CEIBA, Puerto Rico (Sept. 27, 2017) U.S. Marines and Sailors assigned to the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (26th MEU) exit a KC-130J Super Hercules aircraft attached to Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 252 at Jose Aponte de la Torre Airport in Puerto Rico, Sept. 27, 2017. VMGR-252 is assisting the 26th MEU in providing aid and hurricane relief to Puerto Rico. The Department of Defense is supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the lead federal agency, in helping those affected by Hurricane Maria to minimize suffering and is one component of the overall whole-of-government response effort.
