170919-N-KB426-024 OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 19, 2017) Sailors assigned to Navy Operational Support Center Oklahoma City and the USS Constitution honor Legalman 1st Class Kimberly Kay Clark during a wreath laying ceremony at the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum during Navy Week Oklahoma City 2017. Clark, a Navy reservist, was among the 168 killed April 19, 1995 during the Oklahoma City bombing. Navy Week programs serve as the Navy's principal outreach effort in areas of the country without a significant Navy presence.
