170906-N-EC644-384 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 6, 2017) A formation of Sailors consisting of 1st class petty officers, chief selectees and chief petty officers assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) participate in a heritage run at Yokosuka Naval Base. The formation stopped at significant locations on base to listen to guest speakers who shared historical information about each location's past. Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of the U.S. and its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
