Spencer visits Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar and the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing to learn about the maintenance procedures of the MV-22 Osprey, F/A-18 Hornet, C-130J Super Hercules and CH-53 Super Stallion helicopters during his fleet visit to the West Coast.
