170818-N-YG415-069 OKINAWA, Japan (Aug. 18, 2017) Construction Mechanic Constructionman Kathryn Magieracashen, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, monkey crawls across a line over a river during one of the 31 obstacles that make up the endurance course at the Jungle Warfare Training Center (JWTC) at Camp Gonsalves in Okinawa, Japan. Thirty-one Seabees assigned to NMCB-3 attended the four-day JWTC course to sustain the battalion’s overall readiness as the Pacific Region’s primary forward-deployed construction battalion.
