Eric Holcomb unveil "Hoosier Boats", a painting by Sam Hoffman that was made for the crew of the Virginia-class attack submarine Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) Indiana (SSN 789) that celebrates the submarine herself as well as the heritage and namesakes of the past in the Governor's office during Navy Week Indianapolis 2017. Navy Week programs serve as the Navy's principal outreach effort in areas of the country without a significant Navy presence.
