170803-XN177-086 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 3, 2017) Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Michael DeCarli and military working dog Donci conduct a search during an active shooter drill as part of exercise Citadel Pacific (CP) 17 at Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. CP-17 is an annual exercise designed to enhance the training, readiness and capability of Navy Security Forces to respond to threats to Navy installations and units. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 26,000 military and civilian personnel.
