170722-N-VA474-106 WASHINGTON (July 22, 2017) Adm. Samuel Cox, director of Naval History and Heritage Command, and Capt. Jeff Draeger, commanding officer of Naval Support Activity Washington, welcome three of the five remaining USS Arizona Survivors from Pearl Harbor to the National Museum of the United States Navy. Survivors Lauren Bruner, Ken Potts, and Donald Stratton toured the museum and received a behind-the-scenes look of WWII-specific aritfacts, rarely seen by the public. The National Museum of the United States Navy, located at the Washington Navy Yard, is the only naval museum to present an overview of U.S. naval history 1775 to the present.
