Chaplow, U.S. 7th Fleet band conductor, leads a combined Republic of Korea (ROK), and U.S. band during a ROK and U.S. Navy anniversary celebration. The performance was held to celebrate Commander, Naval Forces Korea's (CNFK) 60th anniversary and ROK Fleet's 65th anniversary. CNFK is the U.S. Navy's representative in the ROK, providing leadership and expertise in naval matters to improve institutional and operational effectiveness between the two navies and to strengthen collective security efforts in Korea and the region.
